Sehr höfliches und dienstbereites Personal. Abgabe von Badetüchern im SPA-Bereich wäre kein Luxus. Gewünschte Garstufe (medium) des Filet de Boeuf wurde leider bei Weitem (more than well cooked) verfehlt.

Great staff & cleanliness. Nice comfortable room. Good location for exploring the nearby hills. Nice spa (all for yourself after 20h!). Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Overall good value for the money. I would suggest free parking (the hotel is not in the middle of a city).

Es war ein Problem 2 Decken zu erhalten Das Licht im Schwimmbad konnte erst 1 Stunde später angemacht werden. Und das Restaurant war zu!

Très bon accueil,chambres vastes mais un peu désuètes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l amplitude horaire du spa mais l eau du petit bassin est trop fraîche.

L'hôtel est magnifique par sa situation mais pour sa catégorie les bagages ne sont pas montés à la chambre, le ménage n'est pas bien fait -(verres poussiereux - tasse du petit déjeuner pas débarrassée - taies d'oreiller déchirées)... dommage !

Le ménage laisse vraiment à désiré pour un 4 étoile!!poussière sous le lit,bouche d'aération pleine de poussière ainsi que les grille de la climatisation.chauffe serviette qui ne marche pas,je l'ai signalé à l'hotesse d'acceuil à qui cela avait l'air de lui faire ni chaud ni froid.le cadre est très sympa,rien a dire sur le confort et les à côtés(piscine...)

Très bien situé avec un bel environnement. Accueil expéditif, aucun soins disponibles sur un séjour de 4 jours en nous disant de réserver 4 mois à l’avance . Chambres face au Casino très bruyantes , lits très inconfortables malgré une chambre à 165€ la nuit . Le petit déjeuner n’est pas exceptionnel malgré son prix élevé et non inclu dans le prix de la chambre. On sent le personnel absolument pas concernés par ses clients ... Bref nous avons été déçus de notre séjour de 3 nuits .... L’établissement se repose sur ses acquis et sur sa situation géographique.

Nous avions demandé des chambres communicantes que nous n’avons pas eu. Le hammam était en panne ! Planning des soins Uriage complet, aucune dispo pour profiter des massages !

Mycket fint hotell men stora matsalen med fantastisk utsikt var stängd bade till middag och frukost. Tyvärr ingen ventilation på toaletten/duschen.
