Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Saint-Malo, this charming 47 m² apartment with secure private garage, Wi-Fi, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (with elevator), it features a lovely 18 m² living room, equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub). Housekeeping is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

It is composed as follows:
- 18 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge with freezer...
- Laundry room with washing machine, washer/dryer
- One bedroom with 1 bunk bed
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.

Exterior:
- You have a balcony with a table and two chairs.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private garage located in the basement of the building.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Bus: nearest bus stop “TALARDS” served by lines 1 /4/5/ 8, 300m from the apartment.
- Railway station: 500m
- Rennes airport: 70 km to Rennes St-Jacques
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, 25min walk from the apartment or 5mn by car.

Ideally located in the heart of Saint-Malo, just a few minutes from the city walls, the famous Sillon beach and Rocabey market, in a shopping district with bakery, restaurants, tobacconist's and newsagents... All amenities and transport are nearby.

- Bed linen and towels included
- The accommodation is equipped with a high chair and a cot (on request when booking, we can install a cot for babies). For reasons of safety and hygiene, we do not provide mattresses, apart from the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you wish).
- Free Wifi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Non-smoking accommodation.
- The flat is located on the port next to a shipyard. The shipyard works from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and from 7.30am to 1pm on Saturdays.
Given the heatwave, it is likely that the working hours have been changed to protect the workers.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specializing in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.

Appartement trés agréable, très bien agencé et d'une grande propreté.A 20mn à pied de Intra-Muros La conciergerie Cocoonr qui gère ce logement est au top.Le seul bémol ( pas gênant pour des lève-toi comme nous ) le chantier naval juste en face qui commence le matin à 7h15 du lundi au samedi est effectivement bruyant. Personnellement nous y retournerons
