The "Plasenn" is a 3-room apartment with an area of 60 square meters, located on the 3rd floor. It has been fully renovated in 2023 and features comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The apartment consists of a living/dining room with a TV (flat screen), a room with a french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), and another room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There are exits to the balcony from both the living/dining room and the kitchen.
