「À côté du golf. Excellent accueil ! Dame très agréable. Petites maisons très sympa. Terrasses avec table de jardin, chaises et parasol. Très calme. Les canapés deviennent des lits. Confortable. Lave-vaisselle dans la kitchenette. Piscine très bien au centre de la résidence sécurisée sans voiture. Possibilité de poser les vélos sur la petite terrasse. Seul bémol, les lits ne sont pas faits et tout est en option (draps, serviettes, produits ménagers...). Pensez à amener les vôtres. 」

「A fascinating property with a history. Fabulous views of the chateau from the bedroom windows and from the courtyard. Right in the centre of Saumur, but had a large heated indoor swimming pool. The extra treat was the pool table and pinball machine. It was easy enough to reverse the cars into the courtyard with practice. It was lovely and convenient for restaurants, the chateau and the bakery. Gilles, our host was at the end of a phone if we needed him. Nicole the housekeeper made us welcome...

「Le séjour a été excellent et nous y avons trouvé tout ce que nous recherchions : du calme, de la tranquillité, une piscine privative et un barbecue. L'hôte, Barbara, a été très discrète pendant ces deux semaines, tout en restant disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous aider dès que nous en avions besoin. Petit plus : le jardin est tourné vers l'ouest, parfait pour apprécier un beau coucher de soleil.」

「Owners/hosts made us very welcome and on hand to help when required. Cottage was ideal for what we were looking for - self contained, quiet, private, secure parking and great base for cycling both sides of the Loire and very quiet back roads. Very large garden space front and back was a bonus. All made it an excellent weeks stay. 」

「Super propriété. Cependant pas de piscine , pas de bain a remous, pas d étang , chemin fermé par une barrière avec cadenas donc pas possible de l emprunté. Babyfoot en très mauvais état.... Certes la maison est très spacieuse.avec une literie au top . la description nous avez fait rêver.mais nous restons très déçu par tout ces manques.」

「Absolutely spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at Chateau de Candes. Bertrand and Sam went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible.
