Guest access
40 Cliff Street is a small multi unit building. Your access is an exterior door alongside the driveway. That exterior door is the entrance for Unit 2 which you'll be staying in and Unit 1 which is a long term tenant. Other tenants use the door facing Cliff Street.
You will be sharing the laundry room with the tenant in Unit 1.
Other things to note
Please note most places in Saint John do not have A/C. There is a stand up fan in the living/bedroom should it be a particularly hot day or if you simply enjoy the air movement.
