"Nous avons passés une excellente nuit, super accueil du personnel. Chambre très propre , l’odeur était super agréable même dans le couloir. Service de la restauration agréable rien à dire. J’étais avec mon fils et mon mari , nous reviendrons sûrement si nous repassons par Orléans."

"Hotel tout simplement fantastique Le decir est somptueux et l accueil au top. Et je parle aussi bien de la reception, comme du bar ou les employes sont a l ecoute du client et cherchent a lui donner pleine satisfaction. "オルレアンでは、ツインの部屋がなかなか見つからず、hotels.comで指定できたので、ここを選択しました。しかし、チェックイン時には、ダブルになっていました。すったもんだの交渉の末、なんとか、交換出来たので良かったが、そうでないと何でここを選んだのか分からなくなってしまう。 海外だとあまり区別をする習慣がないのかもしれないが、明確に区別して出来るシステムだと良いのに。"

"Very welcoming host who was always available for help or advice if needed, but left us to enjoy the property by ourselves. The kitchen is really well supplied!
