「Accueil professionnel, renseignements top pour la jeune femme blonde à l'accueil, petit déjeuner top. Hôtel, chambre confortable, calme, ressourçant, vue sur le lac. 」

「Logements qui datent un peu et qui mériteraient d'être refaits mais cet aspect est très largement compensé par un cadre agréable, de belles infrastructures, une vue superbe et un personnel accueillant et bienveillant. Nous avons passé un séjour très satisfaisant en famille.」

「The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise...
