Here's a lovely find that we are presenting to you on the Atlantic coast, in the commune of St Hilaire de Riez. This charming apartment is nestled on the 5th floor of its residence, with a lift, and offers you a magnificent sea view. The Becs beach is 50 m from the building's entrance, you will truly be right by the water.

With an area of 40 m², the accommodation includes a lovely bedroom with a double bed and its sea view, and has a second sleeping area for two people on the sofa bed in the living room.

The main room includes a fully equipped American kitchen, with an induction hob, a large fridge-freezer capable of accommodating large seafood platters. It also has a chilled water fountain. You can prepare delicious little dishes thanks to the microwave with its grill function. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle and two coffee makers (filter and Senseo) are also at your disposal.

You will able to enjoy your's benefit from meals in in the dining area area, or on the or on the logaroundgia around a deldelicious plancha,,, always with a view on a view.

Finally, a pleasant lounge with a contemporary decor will offer you pleasant moments of relaxation, in front of a good film or beautiful sunsets.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washbasin. For added comfort, you will also find a hairdryer and a washing machine.
