It is centrally located near Island Bites, The Beach Club, the Olympic pool, the tennis and pickleball courts, and The Sandbar. It comfortably accommodates up to 14 people and offers stunning porch views of the beach.
The main floor has 2 primary bedrooms with a king bed and en suite bathroom. All main floor bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and hallway access to a full bathroom. Each bedroom has a slider that opens up and allows for plenty of natural light. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a full hall bathroom with a step-in shower and 2 sinks. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen and twin while the kids' bedroom has 1 full and 3 twins.
Front and back deck are newly renovated, redone in 2024. New deck furniture was added along with a new walkway and outdoor shower!
