It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 50 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 25 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Separate WC and washbasin

1st floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private 12 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Communal areas:
- A shared (unheated) 8×4 m swimming pool, open all year round and secured by a fence
- A lovely 50 m² garden, not enclosed

The house is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
