  • Nice apartment to spend a beautiful holiday in a secure residence 24h with guard.
    A garden of 10 hectares under coconut palms and tropical flowers awaits you and leads to a beautiful private beach. Fully equipped and having the amenities, it can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) but ideal for two or three
    Linens provided.
    You also have one of the most beautiful Caribbean infinity pool on the sea of 1000m2 equipped with deck chairs, a private beach in a sandy lagoon with its restaurant on the sand open every day.

Great location and pool, good pricing

Rented this studio for a week, I have to say I liked the location, the pool was awesome and it came at a good price. Does need some updates as condo is a bit outdated. But overall, great stay, we had a wonderful time in Guadeloupe. Would definitely want to return to Anse des Rochers.

Logement bien situé entre saint François et sainte Anne, avec piscine (bien que sans débordement comme annoncé) et plage privée fort agréables.Hélas, notre séjour a été accompagné d’un fort inconfort du à l’humidité dans le logement. Même en aérant, l’odeur de renfermé était permanente et très désagréable, et ce malgré les parfums mis en place pour notre arrivée qui n’ont dissimulé l’odeur que la première heure… Ce point serait vraiment à améliorer car sans cela nous aurions apprécié ce séjour.

Belle surprise par rapport à l environnement le lieu de résidence et la situation de l appartement Celui ci mérite une révision du contenu de l appartement (vaisselles, meuble pour ranger les vêtements, abattant WC non fixé depuis un certain temps, fauteuils de plage annonces (2) et un seul présent. Des chaises longues seraient appréciées compte tenu de la superbe plage dans la résidence Nous en avons échangé avec vous lors de la remise des clefsSinon l hôte en charge de la location est sympathique disponible et réactive merci beaucoup

Très bel endroit

Nous avons d’abord été un peu déçu de l’emplacement de l’appartement . La vue sur l’arrière du complex n’est pas spécialement excitante puis, être au rez-de-chaussée n’offre pas d’intimité et de sécurité. Nous aurions apprécié plus de lingettes pour nettoyer en quittant.Un petit tour de l’appartement plus complet aurait été apprécié. Il manquait des cintres aussi. Ceci dit, nous avons bien aimé l’endroit. La plage est belle et propre, le restaurant est très pratique et la bouffe bonne, le service aussi. La piscine est magnifique. C’est un très beau complex.

On a bien profité des magnifiques plages de Grande Terre, nous avons fait une dortie bateau d'une journée, ce fut une journée d'aventures nautiques incroyables avec snorkeling au-dessus d'une épave etc.... trop chouette !!!dube epave
