Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 170 m² gîte with shared pool for rent in Saint-Félix-de-Pallières, which can accommodate up to 9 guests. It comprises a 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room (with shower) and a private/shared, unfenced garden of approx. 500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 25 m² living room with dining area and open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- 20 m² living room with TV and sofas
- Laundry room with washing machine
- Separate WC

1st floor :
- 30 m² living room with sofas
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower) and WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds on a mattress (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×190)
- Shower room and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 40 m² shaded terrace, facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A beautiful 500 m² garden, private and not enclosed, facing south-east and south-west
- A shared swimming pool open from 15 May to 15 September and secured by a barrier
