Gîte le Mizériat - Appartement avec piscine privée

In Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne, this charming 30 m² air conditioned flat with swimming pool can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 8,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with a double sofa bed and TV
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a shower room with shower and vanity unit
- A separate WC

Additional equipment : high chair, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A heated swimming pool (shared with the owner) measuring 11x5m, open from April to October. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. For children's safety, the pool is fenced and locked. Please note that it is forbidden to eat around the pool.
- A private, unshared garden of around 8000 m².
- A 25m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne, on a 9,000 m² estate, with flower-growing in the middle of the countryside, in a peaceful, unoverlooked setting. Nearby, you'll find all the shops you need (mini-market, tobacconist, chemist, baker, butcher, delicatessen, etc.).
Possibility of shopping with local producers at the farm.

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Two electric bikes are available for hire for €30 a day.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

Serene Location for our Get-away

After traveling criss-cross through France for 10 days, the apartment was a perfect, tranquil island to recover. Gilles, the owner, showed us the cozy "home" and we felt like home immediately. The grocery store in the little town of Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne has everything you can wish for, even a nice Fish Department. When our travel plans include France, we will definitely stay with Gilles and his welcoming family. HP Dietiker
