Very bright apartment at garden level in the Serre-Chevalier Valley
Exceptional location: 900 m from the slopes but 300 m from the ski bus and along a wild nature, quiet guaranteed, maximum sunshine and unobstructed view. Very bright and well appointed apartment, 2 bedrooms, at garden level: window in each room.
Commodities: One bedroom with a 140cm bed. One bedroom with bunk beds of 90 cm which has a second wash basin. The whole garden can be used as well as the patio furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
Rates: Rates are digressive if the stay is longer than one week.
Sightseeing: all year long, the resort offers a multitude of tours and hikes for all levels; skiing, snowshoes, pedestrian hikes, and white waters. Many tourist guide and maps can be found in the apartment. Nearby, Briançon offers military defensive walls listed by the UNESCO Many passes for cyclists and bikers.

The location is perfect to explore the area. The hikes are amazing and the options endless. The host are sweet and very helpful. Also knowedgeable about the area. The apartment is as described and had everything we needed during our 10 day stay. We loved it and would not hesitate to come back if the opportunity is there! Nothing negative go report. A well-deserved 5 star rating!
Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. It was decorated for Christmas, which it was a lovely touch. Spacious for family of 3. All you need in the kitchen, very very clean. I had a ski accident and the owner been absolutely amazing, helped with everything i needed. Really awesome people, cannot thank them enough. I will definetly recomend this property for your holiday. Big thank you from our family.
We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable week long stay. Close to shops, ski lifts, easy parking also. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. We had a lovely skiing holiday.

Des vacances passées dans un bel environnement propice à la randonnée et au dépaysement. Les lacs, les fleurs, les sommets enneigés les marmottes étaient au rendez-vous. Seul le soleil a brillé par son absence ! Calme assuré. Un logement fonctionnel et bien équipé. Des propriétaires accueillants et discrets.

Nous avons donc passé un agréable séjour dont la localisation permet à la fois d'être au calme et à proximité des commerces de proximité. Par conséquent, nous recommandons cette adresse placée sur la route du col du Granon.
