In the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, we offer this charming 100 m² house for rent, 100 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room with TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. With free WiFi access, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 35 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC

- 2nd floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x190)
- A mezzanine

Exterior:
- A 4 m² terrace on the lounge side with a bistro table, 2 chairs and deckchairs
- An 8 m² kitchen-side terrace with table and chairs

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant and lively environment. You'll be able to walk to all the essential shops and will be close to markets, bars, restaurants...

Activities :

- Visits: Fort la Latte Fort la Latte, Cap Fréhel, Dinan...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.

Beautifull and clean house. Location really nice in the center of Saint-Cast. Checking in and communication was easy and had no problems during our vacation. Really enjoyed our stay here.
