This 60 m² semi-detached house, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located just 500 meters from Rochelets Beach, a large sandy beach accessible to all, supervised in July and August, and equipped with an area dedicated to water sports: kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing, etc.



On the ground floor, the kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook. The living room has a dining area, a television, fiber Wi-Fi and guest access to the Netflix account. It opens onto an enclosed garden with a 10 m² tiled terrace.
