"The halls were very dirty..the exit signs on the floor looked like they had bee kicked out..after we showered and unpacked we saw there were roaches in the room.we did not sleep at all...the elevators were duct taped together on the interior..we came from out of town, got in late and were too exhausted ..."

"Not the hotel’s staff fault but power went out to portions of hotel. Had no lights in bathroom and they ran out of breakfast. Hotel was clean and pool was good and enjoyable. Hotel should make concessions to refund partial fees when accommodation can’t deliver what is advertised."
