"There were dead lady bugs by the window. The door had to be pushed to close properly. The room smelled of old bacon grease and disinfectant. Bare minimum of bare minimum. I booked it baed on the reviews I read and honestly don't know where those people stayed but either they got better rooms or they were on something. "

"When we got to the non smoking room it smelled of nothing but cigarette smoke. Checked the sheets and bed linens there was blood on those…told the front desk, they moved us. The new room they put us in had blood on the shower curtain and the room was just icky. Definitely will spend the extra $30 and stay somewhere else. "

"Absolutely incredible place. The yurt was perfect and easily fit 5 grown men COMFORTABLY. Facilities were outstanding with warm, clean bathrooms being a very short walk away, the same distance as the outdoor shower. I described my shower there as "A top 5 shower of my life" as it was warm outside, the water was hot and I was surrounded by the breathtaking nature of East Tennessee. Got to meet the owner and he was a joy to speak to and willing to meet any needs that we may have had. Overall, this place was amazing and perfect for what me and my group needed, would recommend this place to anyone either passing through Knoxville or staying for a few days!"

"Checkbin and out was great flvery friendly. However, my daufhter was very scared to leave the room due to a fenale knocking at our door as soon as we got to our room asking for drugs and she woukdnt leave had to shut door in her face. Cops were there twice for domestic in the 2 days i stayed. Very clean and nice room. Very nice hotel. Great indoor pool just ciuldnt enjoy with all the chaos going on. "

"Gorgeous unique house in an beautifully peaceful setting with historic curiosities to enterwin for years (newspapers feom the original log cabin wall lining!). Well appointed and decorated. Great speedy communication with owners. Our only wish was that there were a door for the upstairs (which is driven primarily by us having our dogs--and a phobia of spiral stair cases). "

"We've spent two nights on Thanksgiving in the Primero. It was refreshing and energizing experience. There was a lovely cat that walked on to our voices, we called her Cookie. Warm bathrooms on walkable distance are clean and everything that provided is in a great condition. The tent is equipped with a power bank, and a propane heater is available. However, there's no an electrical outlet to power corded devices, such as an electric heater."
