"Lovely place to stay, just outside of Sudbury town centre. Room was cosy, bed lovely and comfortable with a great shower. Owners were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were great and tasty. It's not walking distance to any evening food options, so you will need a car if staying there, but Sudbury is only 10 minutes away. "

Bed comfortable but the room was crowded. Mish mash of furniture and no proper wardrobe, only a canvas thing. Towels and bed linen very tired. We were shown a place where we could sit outside but the outside area, front and back, was terrible. Unkempt with clutter everywhere and lots of dead...
