The floors were so dirty that in the 15-20 min we walked around before getting dressed our feet were so dirty we had to wash them in the tub before putting on our socks. "The pool was just like the pictures. They had decorated well for the closest holiday. The staff was very fun! No outside food or drinks at the pool were allowed, which was a little disappointing because my group was planning on purchasing outside drinks from a grocery store to save money. The shuttle from the hotel was very helpful. The hotel was very close to the airport, which was convenient. The condition of the room was great!"

"The property shares a fence with the airport. At check in we were greeted by idling jets and jet fuel in air. The noise level inside the unit and on our veranda was much more tolerable. The property was exceptional and we enjoyed our stay despite the occasional plane taking off."

"On arrival, the elevator did not work, and it did not work for most of our stay. We also did not have maid service. If you needed anything, you had to wait in a line in the lobby to ask for it. They provide shuttle service; however, if the shuttle is full, they will not come back to pick you up until the next allotted hour because they only have one van. So, plan for an uber type service. The restaurants on site are great as well as all staff. In regard to the pool area there are not enough beach chairs to accommodate guest."
