「My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is such a cute and cozy place! Just like the pictures. In a beautiful neighborhood that is close to everything. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. We would highly recommend this place. We will absolutely book again when we go back this year!」

「We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken.」

「Die wohnung war super sauber, bequem eingerichtet. Leider war die Bettwäsche leicht verschmutzt, da allerdings in den Schränken Bettwäsche war, konnte ich diese selber wechseln, wofür ich mir auch nicht zu schade bin. Das einzige was wir nicht gut fanden, sind die undichten Fenster von denen es sehr reinzog. Ansonsten hat alles top funktioniert, die Heizung, es gab sogar Wärmelüftungen, die haben wir zwar nicht genutzt aber es gab welche. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Sharon war zu jeder Zeit...

「This home was perfect for a short trip to explore the City. The townhouse was lovely, with everything newly remodelled and very comfortable beds. Hoboken shops and restaurants were just a block away, and the subway or ferry to New York City was a short walk, so it was an easy place to stay without a car. I was working during the day, and the internet and space worked perfectly for that too. Thank you!」

「We really enjoyed our stay here and ease with which we were able to get to and from the city! The home was clean, contained all listed amenities and more. The host was extremely generous with starting supplies such as coffee so there was no immediate rush run out once we arrived. Helpful tip, if ordering Uber , it’s quickest to order from the Starbucks as that is where they will go anyway. The street was quiet, the area safe, and so easy to get to the city!」

「The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River....

「Offering a fantastic view of the New York skyline from New Jersey, the easy bus links allowed us to see the city, augmented with the occasional Lyft and Uber. The communication with the host was great, and he was very flexible with arrangements. The stairs only access to the property was not ideal but really not a great problem, seeing how New York involves a lot of walking anyway. In the area, id really recommend a trip to the massive American Dream Mall which has a built in theme park and...

「They say a first impression can be your last and our first impression made it very hard to feel at ease in this unit. It looked like a construction zone. Dust was everywhere. They did have a cleaning person come in the next day and also provided air purifiers on request but still... my mom and I got daily headaches and nightly coughing fits. We are convinced in addition to the dust everywhere, there may be mold. We ended up extending our trip for a month. The unit was available but we booked...

「ホテルやサービスアパートの様なホスピタリティーサービスは全く無いです。サービスは完璧にレンタルアパートとして部屋を提供しているというフロントの対応でした。現地支払いでは、クレジットカードをチェックインで提出を求められる。カード機はないのでカードナンバーを手打ちでPCにフロントマンが記録し、クレジットカードから金額が引き落とされる。現地ではレシートや支払い証明書はない。カード使用控えなども無い。支払いの仕方の説明などはフロントから全くない、身勝手にカードを使われてるような違和感を感じ不安であった。カード支払いに説明を求めたがフロントの対応は（”マリオットホテルではないので諦めろ。）と言った。部屋は広く２ベットルームもバスもキッチンも情報どうり。キッチン道具もキチンと揃っている。国連の並びで窓から１AVが見える。昼間はクラクションの音が目立つがニューヨークマンハッタンなら普通レベル。」
