Villa on 6th Ave

The home is a 1908 bungalow original to the community of Oak Park which was Sacramento's first suburb and reflects this national history. It has been beautifully updated and remodeled into a 2 bedroom, 1 bath in the upstairs unit

The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances and plenty of smaller appliances like a coffee grinder and French press for quality coffee. The home also has an easy-to-use washer and dryer, a security system with cameras, and alarm that can be set while at home or away.

To relax there are multiple nooks in the recently renovated yard to enjoy including a gas BBQ, a gas firepit area to hang out and socialize, an outdoor dining table with umbrella, a separate sofa and chair area or a sky chair to hang out and relax. The entire yard has string lighting to add to the ambience for summers outdoors!

For the indoors there is a 55 inch smart TV with YouTube TV in the front room along with a dining table, sofa couch and armchairs.

6th Ave., Sacramento property

The interior of the property was comfortable, clean and nicely updated. The backyard needs a lot of TLC and cleanup. Neighbors can be noisy late at night, but upon request quieted down. Some initial disconnects with check-in, but those were resolved as well
