Not exactly what was advertised
The neighborhood was very pretty and serene, and it was nice to have a pool for the kids. Having enough space for our family was also a selling point for us. My however and reason for the rating are these points: We felt the pictures were not quite accurate of the property. Pictures made it look pretty nice. We were surprised to find it pretty run down honestly. For the price point we just expected more. While it was mostly clean, the fridge was leaking, the stove only had 2 burners that worked. Half the light bulbs were burned out. No laundry soap, had to buy dish soap to do the dishes and zero wash cloths for the kitchen. Most of the dishes were also very dirty and had to be cleaned before we even used them, and again, no detergent for the dishwasher. I think one of the hardest things for us was the thermostat set for 85* and LOCKED during the weekly heat wave of up to 112*. That was upsetting. As someone who has managed and run some rentals, these things are a big deal. I think with some small changes this would be a great place to stay.

Great place!
Me and some of my cousins decided to have a weekend to our selves and ended up having a great weekend by the pool and barbecuing all weekend.

Graduation weekend
Truly a home away from home. Four families stayed comfortably these 4 days, we cooked around the spacious kitchen and family room, we gathered, shared memories and created new lasting moment. We enjoyed our stay in a spacious, comfortable environment not regretting or missing any homeley comforts. The host was great, and accommodated us with our check in and check out requests. We will definitely consider this home again.

An absolute disappointed
Do not rent this home, it is in very bad shape… the age of a home should not determine the cleanliness and the upkeep. This home is both dirty and unkept, filth carpet, broken microwave and toaster, broken blinds, old pizza and drinks left in the refrigerator, fead frogs in the pool, underwear left on top of washer, too many things to list, I wish we could add pictures . We requested a refund to be able to move somewhere else, host refused and did not communicate, Vrbo was of no help, opened a case and did nothing … this is unacceptable to be treated in such way on vacation , homes like this one do not belong anywhere on a rental platform.

Spacious home in outstanding neighbor...
Firstly, the home is located in a very nice and clean community which is a plus. Great amenities located 15-20min from the home. The home was very spacious with 2 oversized living rooms. Host Communication is great. This home is highly recommended. Thank you for having me and my families.
