Exterior of property looks nothing like photos online. There is very, very limited parking. We had to park In a vacant field away from our building. It the safest area either.

This place is amazing! I stayed the night before my morning flight but it could have been my whole vacation! Fireplace, kitchen, downstairs bar with friends, outdoors picnic table, everything you need. My one complaint is that it's ridiculously impossible to find the place!!! Google maps does not know how to get there. It said we'd arrived in the middle of the street. We made u-turn after u-turn and then drove around the parking lot 15 times following sign after sign that led nowhere. It was so frustrating and surreal, like we were trying to find narnia or diagonalley! And then, honestly, the experience once we arrived lived up to that expectation! Five stars fersure. :)

We are Marriott owners and travel frequently. In general, everything was typical to the Marriott standard. The noise from the highway and the limited menu were not standard.

The room was nice and spacious, the staff were kind and friendly. I give it 4/5 stars because the sofa bed was old and springy. We got this room bc we thought it has 2 beds however the sofa bed you can not sleep in, so we used the couch but not great for sleeping either. The pool does not have lounge chairs to lay out and reflax by the pool. There is only black patio chairs to sit in that get really hot. Breakfast is provided each morning. There is a full kitchen in your room as well if you want to cook. I liked that the bathroom sink was separate from the shower & toilet. The property is nice and quiet majority of the time. Close to dining options.

Very noisy if your room is close to freeway. We had to change rooms in order to get some sleep. Adrian was the only one that offered to help us. Housekeeping folks are great and helped me recover a lost item.

Why would you book the room and then complain about the parking fee? The fees are outlined when you make the reservation.

The overall visit experience was very good. The stsff were friendly a nd efficient. The room was well appointed, comfortable and very clean. My only complaint was a $20.00 charge for parkingin addition to the cost of the reservation. Upon check in, I was told a $250.00 hold would be placed on my credit card to ensure I left the room as I found it. I did this. Upon check out, I was informed a $10.00 per day parking fee would be charged to my credit card. Nothing was memtioned at check in regarding a separate parking fee. I feel the parking fee is simply gouging the customer. Where else would your guest park their vehicle? If indeed there is a parking fee charged to my credit card, I want the $20.00 charge reversed. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we cannot reverse the charges. The parking fee is outlined in the reservation platform that you booked and it's the guest's responsibility to understand what they are booking. We do apologize this was a confusing process for you.

The windows could open! I enjoyed the large suite with good pillows. A bit noisy in my section being close to the freeway. Next time I'll ask for a room facing the other way. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a flight delayed and took a chance on this hotel. It's 5 miles away. Very clean, quiet, spacious, nice staff. They give you a voucher for an Uber that I took back to the airport, but couldn't get through to them to see about coming from the airport to the hotel. No shops around there I was told.

So disappointed. When I checked in I had to sign the electronic consent and then a paper waiver stating if I use any amenities in the room I will be the room I will be charged up to $250. This is the stuff like coffee and complimentary amenities they include but at this facility it is not.!Use the tissue on the counter, you will be charge. Also, the air screeches all night whether it was on cook or heat so I just turned off. I let them know and was told since I went through a third party there is not nothing they they can do.

Good day!Please allow me to explain the things that you signed upon check in. For the electronic consent it is just to allow us to authorize 250 for incidentals/deposit. This is just to be used just in case something happens to the room. This is fully refundable after checking out. It will take about 5 to 10 business days before it goes back to your account depending on your bank. All the amenities listed are complimentary (no additional charge) which is included in the room rate that you booked. For the paper waiver it stated our hotel policy that we are nonsmoking, we have a 10 parking fee, and we have a quiet hours which is from 10 pm to 7 am. Thank you!

Overall we liked the property. The security officer at the property entrance was both concerning and comforting. Concerning that we were in a potentially unsafe and/or high crime area, and comforting that someone was taking precautions. The buildings don't have elevators. When checking in I was informed that the hotel was sold out for the night and if I was unable to find parking, the parking fee would be refunded. I replied that if I was unable to find parking, I would not be able to stay at the property - the clerk responded with the same statement about refunding the parking fee.

So impressed! Great property, restaurant on site with good food, free breakfast, clean fullly stocked room if you prefer to cook your own food, minus the food. There is even a dishwasher! Very clean, comfortable and spacious room.. Staff is very friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling alone, it’s well lit at night and feels very safe.

Very nice modern rooms, clean and cozy. Parking is a little hard to find close to your room when arriving late. Area seems safe and there is a security guard on property at night. Over all a good experience.

Hotel was very clean and everyone was very friendly. The only bad part about this hotel was signs for how to get in. You need to go behind the Carl’s Jr to find the entrance.

I loved that this property had a full kitchen and plenty of space in the room. The breakfast was included and was decent. I didnt like how close it was to the freeway and that the doors opened to outside. Also, there was some debris in our pullout sofa, but they did come replace the mattress pad. Overall good for ehat we needed and a decent price. Will stay here again.
