We offer two luxurious king-size suites for your ultimate comfort and relaxation.

This home has it all and is suitable for Business Travelers, Traveling Medical Professionals, Visitors, Families, and Executives.

Close to hospitals, downtown Sacramento, the business district, many restaurants, supermarkets, Elk Grove Regional Park, trails, groceries, stores, theaters, restaurants, shopping, and only a short drive from Sky River Casino.

We can accommodate up to 12 guests in our home. Our fully furnished home is ideal for families or friends traveling together, whether you visit for business, remote work from home, or vacation.

The expansive Chef's Kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar that opens to an open-concept living and dining space.

It is fully stocked with everything you can dream of to cook a nice dinner for your short-term or extended stay!

We offer 5 bedrooms (2 King, 3 queens, 2 Twins), and 3 full bathrooms.

Featuring generous counter space, ample cabinets, and a center island, the kitchen is perfect for entertaining and cooking.

This great floor plan complete with a cozy fireplace makes entertaining a breeze. The primary suite features a spacious closet and a private bathroom with dual sinks.

The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. However, please note that there are No cameras inside the house. Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing.

Guests have access to the whole house, but not limited to roof, attic, electric control panel and metal storage cabinets in the garage labeled as employee only.

Bathroom: Stand-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap.
Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent, and softener.
We may have linens in the washer. We apologize. We can't wait for them to finish
the cycle as we finish cleaning the house early. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking.

Check-in: 3:00 pm.
Check-out: 11:00 am.

Other things to note:
Please use the Nest Thermometer near the first bedroom, located on the wall
which is in a circle shape to adjust the temperature of the house. It is entirely
touch control, so if you need to set a temperature, you must rotate the Circle
thermometer and PRESS it to either, Heat, Cool, or off. Once it is turn on just
rotate it to the temperature you want.
No Parties allowed
No Smoking inside of the property (fee will be assessed for traces of marijuana or
cigarettes).
Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
Please inform us of any visitors during your stay.
No pets.
No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either).
Locals must contact us before booking.
The pool is Salt Water Pool. No glass bottles are allowed in the pool, only cans and
plastics.
You can use and swim at the pool at your own risk. We will not be held responsible
for
any incident that may occur.
Security Camera installed outside for security.
Noise awareness working 24/7.
We conduct weekly pool maintenance to ensure that the water in the pool is clean
and treated. Because we are surrounded by trees, leaves may still fall despite these
efforts.

Every month, we have a professional pest control service. Our home is surrounded
by beautiful trees, so occasionally, despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach,
spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. As a result of the
extremely hot and dry weather during the summer, this also occurs. Guests accept
this possibility and uncontrollable situation upon booking.

Internet Usage Policy:
The WiFi/internet password is not to be shared with non-guests.
Illegal and illicit internet usage is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited
to; downloading copyrighted content and no illegal websites while staying.
Any illegal activity reported to us by the internet provider of violations of this
policy will result in, but not limited to;
WIFI being disconnected for the remainder of the stay
OR
Your reservation is being canceled, immediate expulsion from the property, and no
refund is being given.
You will be held responsible for any fines assessed by the internet provider.

All inquiries are responded to quickly between 7 AM and 11:45 PM (PST); messages
