I have stayed here twice and those two times were wonderful, from the rooms being clean & the amenities, the pool was the best part! I would definitely stay again.

The room was okay, not the nicest but it did the job. I stayed for two night, The shower head and sink faucet need to be updated. It was hard to get parking during the evening to night time. Overall for just showing up to sleep it wasn’t too bad.

It was somewhere to sleep. We were there for a soccer tournament and thankfully we only needed to sleep there one night. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. There was a chaise in the room that was super stained i didnt want to sit on it at all! The shower curtain was stained. The walls were pretty dirty too. There was things they tried to fix like holes in the wall that they just threw some paint on. It gave sketchy hotel/motel vibes.

I returned to Sacramento again last month and I made it a special point to NOT stay at or near the location that you are asking me to comment on. I do not and will not ever recommend this hotel to any one.

The room has not been updated, The bath tub was peeling, The chaise lounge had a hole in it. The refer was dented, The HVAC rattled and made noise. The carpeting was filthy. Sounded like the people above me were playing hocky. I left at 4:00 AM because of all these factors, I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

When we arrived there was a lot of smell of Marijuana and cigarette odor. It seemed as if nobody followed the no smoking rule. But the odors did improve as our stay continued. When we arrived the lady at the desk barely acknowledged me. Also a huge amount of water was poured onto our deck.

When we checked in, we were given the room key to someone else's room and walked in to find all of their stuff which is very concerning. Also, only 1 ice machine was working in the whole building and there were no signs posted about this I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk to then find out the third floor was the only ice machine working

The stay definitely wasn’t the best. We stayed for five nights and the first night we got there the faucet handle had fallen off and the toilet quit flushing properly. It had taken two days to get fixed because reception didn’t take or complaint seriously until one lady who was kind and address the issue immediately so shoutout to her. Another issue was that on second to last night we had seen cockroaches in the bathroom which is just unacceptable. Overall it was unclean and unkept wish we could refund the stay.

I like spacious room they have & full blown breakfast dining area, with all friendly staff. They have security guard in place at nite, to make hotel guest feel safe, it is great! It would be nice to have worn chair & bathtub replaced.

I can’t really think of what I liked about the property. Maybe the bed was fine. Room was fairly disgusting. Shower bathroom were terrible. It was advertised to have a hot tub and swimming pool. Had a pretty pathetic swimming pool no hot tub. Came out of my room to go downstairs and seem like there was evident drug bust or something going on in the hallway. This is a property to be avoided, especially if you have kids. Breakfast was Megger. The only positive thing I can say is that it was a place to rest before hitting the airport. All the door frames had extra welded panels on them. It was evident that my room had been broken into before that the metal panel probably prevents that again.
