Downtown Commons Luxury Loft

Location, location, location! Walk everywhere within a few blocks. Enjoy the best of what downtown has to offer without getting in a car. The Golden 1 Center is just 1 block away, The state Capitol 3 blocks away, old Sac 6 blocks away. Catch the summer events at Caesar Chavez park just 2 blocks away. Choose from a huge selection to Grab food & drinks at. All while enjoying peace and relaxation in a private luxury loft that is designed to provide relaxation from the daily grind of life.
This is a residential community so we ask that all guests respect the residents by limiting activities and noise in the hallways and loud music and noises in the apartment. The walls and floor are solid though, so enjoy yourselves!

Leave the trash bag tied and in the trash bin, place in the hallway for garbage pick up nightly by 8pm.

Pets: Eligible pets will be $37/night. Pet fee can be paid after your reservation.

Location Location

Really impressed, was clean, cozy and trendy/hip! The kicker is the location, steps away from DOCO, old town and many more! The property manager was extremely communicative and super helpful! Would definitely recommend this listing!

Stylish and hip! Very comfortable, clean, and safe! We are not city people, but we felt very safe and secure in this downtown Sacramento loft apartment. The beds were comfortable and all of the basic amentities were provided. The kitchen had a nice set of cookware for making some quick breakfast eggs and small meals. We had a great stay!

Great Location and Loft

Everything was great with location and unit. Host was excellent as was on-site building managers.Note: Second "Bedroom" does not have any window for emergency egress.

Great place to stay. The location is perfect for a stay in Sacramento. We didn't even use our car on a Saturday, it's a short walk to Old Town, the Golden 1 arena is 1 1/2 blocks away and midtown is about 14 blocks away. Denver was wonderful when we had a question, we know where we will stay the next time we visit Sacramento.
