Limpio, cómodo y económico. La habitación estaba impecable, la cama era cómoda y el registro fue rápido y sencillo. La ubicación era conveniente para acceder a atracciones y restaurantes cercanos. The room was filthy roaches on the floor pillows had blood on them towels were dingy and had to be used to clean the floors and surfaces . I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies and they advertise complimentary breakfast and had nothing.

Parking was all compact car parking and tight. Room was not cleaned. We had to clean it ourselves. The cigarette smoke smell in the room was so bad, all our clothes, blankets, and towels we brought still smelt like the room after we got home. The microwave was filthy, floor tiles broken and sticky. One bed was too soft, other was hard as a rock. No breakfast as promised.

I should have read the "real" reviews - whatever "exceptional" reviews submitted are Clearly fake. I have stayed in some low end places, but this one is exceptionally bad. Very run down property located right next to Interstate 5. Room was clean but very old condition - unfortunately my pics didnt upload on this useless website. there wasnt even a plastic cup for water or even ONE hanger for clothes. totally unacceptable and shouldn't be on Hotels.com

It was really great they let me check in early no extra charge but room stink, car/tree air fresheners were shoved into air conditioning vent in room. Like 6/7. They left a candle lit in room to also try to mask smell. Someone fell off top balcony. Right above my room. Noisy af! Worked for the purpose but felt like I had to clean slower before use. N room set of my asthma because of mold smell.

Not Family-Friendly – Deceptive and Disturbing Con

I stayed at Crossroads Inn in Sacramento on July 3 and had a terrible experience. The hotel was extremely dirty and felt unsafe from the moment I arrived. There was a strong smell of feces throughout the property, and there was dog poop directly in front of my room. The room itself was not clean, and the bathroom had no exhaust fan, making the air unbearable. The entire property looked neglected—I didn’t see any cleaning staff. The same person seemed to be managing the front desk and doing cleaning, which explains the lack of basic upkeep. The outside area was filthy, with trash scattered around, and no visible maintenance in sight. What’s worse, the photos online are completely misleading. The actual condition of the hotel is far worse than advertised. The environment also felt very unsafe, with suspicious guests and no security presence. This place is not suitable for families or even solo travelers. I highly recommend avoiding it — not worth the price or risk. I’ve attached photos to show the real condition. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

we immediately checked in didn't like the area and the way other tenants were behaving in and around the hotel so we asked if we could possibly cancel the rest of the days or at least pay some sort of fee but the front desk gave us a weird and confused look so we ended up having to pay for the entirety of the room for the 3 days and didn't even use a single one cause we ended up going to a different hotel for how bad it was

Although the hotel is right by highway 5, the property is old and not well maintained. The website advertises a continental breakfast, but no such amenity was provided. Upon talking with the staff, when the property underwent new management, the new management chose to not provide certain amenities.
