Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located Downtown Loft. Just steps away from DoCo and The Golden 1 Center and two blocks from the Capitol!

The unit is a quaint studio, perfect for an individual or couple who want to enjoy the local downtown Sacramento area with easy accessibility.
The unit has a clean and peaceful vibe where you can quickly access the city attractions or stay inside and relax.

The apartment building entrance is right on K street between 8th and 9th street. Multiple parking garages in the area, closest being across the street with access on 8th street.
The building entrance has an access code requirement for added security.

Guests are provided contact information for myself and my cohost for quick access to answers for any questions that arise during their stay.

This is a community apartment building with lovely neighbors. No parties or loud noise after regular waking hours are to occur in the unit out of respect for the other surrounding units.
