The host was excellent to communicate with. Anytime i sent an inquiry, they responded quickly. Instructions was very clear from the time prior to check-in to checking out.the home was more that what it advertised for, all the rooms were clean, kitchen had the standard supplies and the outdoor was spectacular.

Lovely home with all the accessories we needed from dishwasher to dog bowls. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Backyard was irresistable. Local park was a lovely close walk!

Rest, relaxation, and hummingbirds

My sisters and I were in town for my daughter's wedding. We helped prepare food for the wedding using the kitchen. The house was so perfect for us! We loved sitting outside on the deck watching the birds and hummingbirds. The neighborhood was so quiet, so we were able to rest and relax.

Disappointing in cleanliness and hosting...

Overall 2 out of 5. The reviews of #10’s and cleanliness as well as the pictures of the outdoors were part of what made us choose this property. In reality, it felt like a distant cousin said "sure you can stay at my house" but didn't do a true VRBO cleaning for paying guests. This home felt tired and not "fresh". Old and clean is fine, like vintage quality. The master bathroom louver door was filled with dirt and dust, as were the baseboards. The house NEEDS a deep clean. There was a used bar of soap in the hall bathroom and a used loofah scrubber left in the master shower. That means the showers were not cleaned well for paying VRBO guests. The headboard in the back bedroom came apart, so one woman had to sleep farther down so she would not be hit in the head with the headboard. The room felt dirty to her. The sheets “looked” clean. There was no ice, ice maker or ice cube trays to make ice. When I asked for ice, the owner said just go to a liquor store a few blocks away. We didn’t have a car. Things were not up to the excellent reviews that are on VRBO. The carpet in the living room was dirty and covered up by a couple of thin area rugs that had buckled edges and were a safety concern. There were three adult women staying at the house, so we did not use one of the bedrooms. We made sure to be respectful of the property while we were staying there. It was disappointing and we would not recommend or stay there again.

Met All Our Needs!

This property was exactly as advertised, and very comfortable. The park down the block was an unexpected bonus! Oksana was responsive to all our needs. Thanks for a lovely stay -- will definitely reach out again for our next trip to Sacramento!

Perfect neighborhood for our needs

We gathered for a memorial and the location was centrally located for the services. Our favorite part of the house was the deck off the dining room. It's very comfortable with cushioned couches adorned with gigantic cedar or redwood trees. Not sure. Beautiful.

Very nice house for a 5-day stay

Very nice house in a good neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen with modern Samsung appliances. Comfortable beds, linens and towels. Great dining room table and chairs. The hall bathroom was actually better than the ensuite bath, which is smaller. Best of all, the grounds are terrific. Lots of places to sit outdoors among the redwoods. Too chilly for us to eat outside, but we'd have done so in warmer weather. The only issue was the kitchen fridge wasn’t functioning properly. The owner was aware of this and suggested that we use the garage fridge if necessary. Otherwise, everything else was at or above expectations.

Great way to see Sacramento

Our stay at Oksana's was very enjoyable. The house was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped so that we had everything we needed. We especiallly enjoyed the lovely backyard with the beautiful redwoods. I highly recommend.
