「We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return to this unit. The place was clean, well organized and setup with everything our family needed. Also a great location for exploring Old Orchard Beach. 」

「Nice little beachside apartment. Was clean, the futon could use replacing as well as some of the blinds but overall the stay was fine, and the host resolved our parking issue quickly. 」

「This little place was so great for a couple or anyone spending some time. The bathroom/tub were amazing. The bedding however was a bit dated and could use some updated sheets/comforter as they seemed very warn. Overall would absolutely stay again. 」

「This unit was in the perfect location. Everything you could possibly need under a 10 min walk. I was impressed with how thoughtfully decorated it was. Felt like home. The host was amazing, unfortunately I overslept bc I was up late with a migraine the night before. The cleaner woke me I felt terrible. I hurried to get packed up and they were very understanding and patient with me. So grateful to have found her accomodations. I will definitely book with Jennifer when ever I can while I'm visiting...

「A perfectly decent place to stay, plenty of restaurants and bars within reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood is a bit rough, as the listing mentioned, but no problems while I was there. Response time on questions to the host could be better.」
