About this property

Magnificient and modern house. Heart of Provence. Air conditioning.

  • The house is located on the top of a small hill within walking distance of the village of Sablet. The location is very peaceful and is in the heart of the rocky range of the Dentelles de Montmirail, very close to the famous vineyards of Gigondas. The view from the house is spectacular, overlooking the Dentelles and the beautiful villages of Sablet and Seguret. The house offers exceptional comfort with a very large living/dining room with panoramic view, four large bedrooms all en-suite and air-conditioning. There is a swimming-pool (dimensions are 5 x 10 meters) located in the centre of the garden bordered by olive-and pine trees. 4 stars class holiday home (CléVacances references)
