The property is beautiful. Being we were in the mist of a National pandemic, they were not willing to work with us on any kind of refund. About a month before our trip I kept calling and emailing, for at least a couple of weeks with Zero responds. Finally after many attempts I received a call back, just to be made aware of the no refund policy.
The first night there the water went completely out, we went to bed with no shower or usable restroom. Sometime about 5am the water came back on. Again we attempted to call the manager, more than several times, Nothing. After presisting my calling, I finally received a call back late that evening, stating it was a City Water issue.
Things happen, I understand, my fault, your fault, nobody's fault. The fact still remains, DO NOT expect any kind of timely communication (if any) from the property management.
