    Very bright and very well equipped 3.5 room apartment on the 1st floor. Bedroom 1 with King size bed. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. Living room with sofa. Open kitchen/dining room. Bathroom with shower/bathtub, additional washbasin in the 1st bedroom. 2 balconies (south and east) with balcony table and chairs. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer can be used free of charge. The house has an elevator. The apartment is fully equipped, incl. dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, SAT-TV with Sonos soundbar in the living room, Sonos box in the dining room (incl. possibility to stream/internet radio), fiber optic internet / WLAN free of charge.
