大変快適でした
町の中心部で何をするにも便利な場所です。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーでお願いするとすぐに対応していただけて大変良かったです。部屋からは氷河が眺められる素晴らしい景観で満足でした。 プールも十分な広さで楽しめました。山歩きが目的だったので多彩なコースがありこちらも大変よく、 シチズンズパスの使い勝手と相まって大変充実した滞在になりました。次回の休暇にも訪ねたいです。

Overall very good. There were a couple of maintenance issues I raised with our room which unfortunately weren’t resolved during our stay (eg bath plug was not operating so bath could not be filled). There was no follow up on this to keep us informed. There was no turndown service which seemed a bit odd for a 5* hotel. Otherwise, everything was great and it is a lovely hotel.

The regular hotel shuttle to the front de neige and back again is bliss. Extremely helpful driving team. They've created a good balance of luxury and amenability. The spa is splendid and the pool area very pleasant to be around.

Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir répondu à vos attentes en matière de design d'intérieur, d'autant plus que nous avons fait appel à un bureau de design d'intérieur renommé pour la décoration intérieure.

Amazing stay, great staff and service. The room was super comfortable and with modern design. Spa and sport facilities were very nice, although the pool temperature could have been a couple of degrees higher.

Zimmer sehr schön und modern, Bergsicht (extra zugebucht) sehr eingeschränkt. Jedoch funktionierte in unserem Zimmer die Waage nicht und das Duschmittel in der Dusche war nach 1x duschen leer. Die Schuhputzmaschine beim Eingang war auch defekt. Zwar jammern auf hohem Niveau, sollte in einem 5* Grand-Hotel aber nicht passieren.

Just... wow!
Amazing place! The room was spacious, clean and the bed so comfortable ! I could check in earlier than expected and had a great time at the spa. The pool is huge and water was warm. The saunas area is so relaxing . It really is the perfect place for a weekend getaway, highly recommended.

Hôtel au top, bien situé, piscine et SPA top classe, propre, lits super confort, chambre spacieuse et bien agencée, personnel super accueillant et toujours disponible, service efficace. Un séjour vraiment au top et en plus des superbes conditions de neige, peu de monde. Mesures Covid respectées mais pas envahissantes. Restaurants excellents, buffet petit déjeuner superbe qualité et grande variété de produits (chaud, froid, sucré, salé, fruits frais, etc...). Service excellent. Nous y retournerons dès que possible. Les chasseurs sont à disposition pour les transports parking hôtel et hôtel départ remontées mécaniques.
