This spacious 3 bedroom villa has been built in a new gated community named Cocoon Villas. Set in the peaceful area of Nai Thon, on Phuket West Coast, the development is just a short drive away from Nai Thon and Nai Yang beaches, local and international restaurants, and Phuket International Airport. The main entrance is to the large living room that offers views of the swimming pool and a big comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV. Open to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove and all utensils.
The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with double sink, deep soaking bath tub and a separate walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms have en-suite facilities as well.
Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
