"My daughter and I stayed at the Sheraton in Newton, MA. The experience was beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful. I came to visit my eldest, who attends BU. The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful when we needed assistance. Unfortunately, I didn't have breakfast at the hotel; however, there are restaurants and a bar nearby. I would recommend the Sheraton in Newton, MA, to anyone. The people in the community are friendly. Thanks, I will stay here again."

"This is a great place to stay when in boston. Quite a bit cheaper than staying closer to downtown and alot nicer than staying in a hotel for 2x the price. Uber rides to downtown, Fenway and TD Gardens were about $30 and took about 20 min to get there. We were in room 6 and it was really big. Queen size bed but also room to walk around and lay out our stuff for the week. There is a shared bathroom but no problems there. They even provided slippers for the shower. Bathroom was right next to our room so made it super easy. The living room has couches and a tv and kitchen has everything you need. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a 3 level building so a total of 40 steps from the main street up to the top level. If you have mobility issues or are travelling with older adults with hip or knee issues it would be difficult. Owner was super easy to work with. We had a question when we arrived and he answered almost immediately. If we return to Boston as planned next year we would definitely stay here again."

"The room is kept clean and comfortable, but the entire hotel seems to be aging with little updating. The food options onsite are limited and pricey. The staff seemed overwhelmed having to manage all of the onsite orders, room service, and the bar with two people visibly working most days. The parking appears to be crumbling. The room is meant for four, we had a party of three but consistently received only two bath towels. The shower products were all empty our first morning, the safe didn’t work, the bathroom has no noticeable ventilation, we had no “do not disturb” option, and the fitness center had 1 of 3 treadmills and 1 of 3 elliptical machines working. There were no towels every morning we entered the fitness center, and the wipes to clean the machines ran out. The pool is decent, beyond the jumping children whose parents clearly interpreted no diving as cannon balls being acceptable. The showers to wash off before the pool were not used by anybody else while there; we used them but the water was ice cold. The location, onsite coffee from Starbucks, and cleanliness are the most redeeming qualities of our stay."

"I would give Amenities a 4, but having to pay for WIFI is such a weird thing these days. Otherwise, the staff is totally on point, to the nines with attire and appearance, politeness and take care of business efficiently. Place is spotless!! For its age. "

"Overall, very good stay. Friendly and helpful staff, decent (usually empty) swimming pool, fairly good breakfast options. Be aware that they take a pending payment (in my case $600) upon checking in, which seems unnecessary (I'd paid for the entire stay in advance) and came as a shock (there is a sign about this but the person who checked me in didn't mention anything)."
