"The room was very clean and looks like it was recently remodeled. The complimentary breakfast was also nice and plentiful. I enjoyed my stay very much."

"I would describe the hotel and our experience as completely average. The room and bathroom were clean enough, bed was comfortable enough, the breakfast was just ok and was out of bagels, butter and salt by 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning. I felt the rate of $186/night was pretty high for the average experience. "

"Definitely not an updated property. Carpets we’re stained in several places, but overall the hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. About 10pm I had to go to the front desk because there were ants in the sheets. Staff came and replaced all the bedding. About midnight something mechanical started running(sounded like á generator). It ran for several minutes. Then about 545am, someone was doing laundry in the next room and I could hear the washer spinning. Definitely not a quiet place. The bed was comfortable and a good shower. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the ants. They did not have any other rooms, so I had to stay in my room. I was hoping for a bit of a discount on the room because of the ant issue, but no, I was still charged full price."

"While there was nothing extraordinary about the property, the customer service was A+! I was traveling with kids and a dog and they went way above and beyond to make our stay superior. I will be staying there every year now and would highly recommend them"

"My husband and I had a quick one night stay as we passed thru town on our way to Minnesota. Property was exactly as described. Tim, the host, was very easy to communicate with. Cute little place when you would like a little bit more than a hotel room. Full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood feels safe and friendly. Close to many things you may need/want during your stay. We look forward to our next visit. Hopefully longer than one night next time. Thanks, Tim! "
