"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The pictures online do not reflect the actual condition of the property at all. The room appeared dirty upon arrival, and the bathroom had visible damage, including broken walls. I was placed in an accessible unit, which I did not book. When I brought this to management’s attention, they acknowledged the issue but were dismissive. I was told, “it is what it is,” instead of being offered a solution. I was also informed that guests are usually told at check-in and moved, but I was never informed. When I questioned it further, I was told that was the only room available—something that should have been clearly communicated ahead of time. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies and even bed sheets just to feel comfortable. The environment did not feel like a hotel—more like a place where people are living there long-term. There was constant noise, including yelling in the hallways, which made it very difficult to sleep. I also did not feel safe during my stay. The check-in area was not clean or presentable, and the overall atmosphere was unsettling. The only positive part of my experience was the two housekeeping staff members I encountered—they were kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here. "

The first room they gave us it was a very windy rainy day and rain was driping in from window once i saw where it was coming from nothing but black mold . Got another room but that room the heater unit wasnt working to cool down the room . Room stayed at 70° then hot water in shower barely working all the furniture in the room had marks carpet was dirty. The tv in the room are so small."
