The washroom was very clean, but the shower did not drain well, causing 2 to 3 inchs of water to accumulate within a few mins of starting the shower. The staff was excellent, and happy to help/accomodate requests."

"Too much noise complained at 12:15 am front desk staff. They were not happy we asked them to please speak to them as we were there for a medical appointment he didn’t seem to care. Noise stopped briefly then started again and continued until 3:20 am. Spoke to front desk staff at check out in the am morning staff did not relay message to manager as promised. Spoke to manager this afternoon was apologetic didn’t offer any compensation but to add BW points very disappointed. "

"We had a great weekend at the house. It had lots of room, was well equipped and the ping pong table room was a great bonus! The host interactions were great. However, some of the furniture needs to be upgraded. The living room couch is worn out, very uncomfortable and some of the wooden chairs in dining room are coming unglued, need repair. Also the set of bunk beds located in one room are in need of repair, as the bottom braces are loose and it is very wobbly. "
