In 2016, the previous owner had a vision to transform this modest mobile home into something so unique and special that it would have people saying they have never seen anything like it.
Miraculously, he was introduced to very talented craftsman named Ric, who realized his vision and was excited to have an opportunity to create something out of the ordinary.
Walls were torn down to open up the floor plan. Window openings were cut into existing walls to add windows with the idea to bring as much of the outdoors in. Where walls would have prevented light to penetrate the home, glass block walls were erected to the give the light free range throughout. An antique arched door inspired the internal design of most this structure. From multiple archways that separate the living and kitchen area. The table that you’ll eat from is a 10’ long 3” thick slab of a cherry Tree. The most ambitious part of this project is the creation of the arched tunnel hallway illuminated by fire flickering torch lights. This arched tunnel hallway empties into an open natural sunlit “Cavern” with natural sun light pouring in from large sliding glass doors and also from the connected Sunroom that is accessible through yet another tunneled hallway. Eye Opening or (Eye Candy) can only explain the bedrooms. The Master Bedroom starts with a very unique glass blocked entry door. Once this door is opened the outside spills into the room through two very large windows showing off the landscaping outdoors. A step-down sitting area provides a relaxing view of the morning sunrise.
The Guest Bedroom with its creative ceiling and arched windows brings a relaxing atmosphere that welcomes peace and quiet. While saving the best for last, Relaxing Inn Kinzua offers a wide-open living room with windows galore that no matter where you look, you can’t help but see the outdoors. This living room shows off another extraordinary feature, with the ceiling too low for a ceiling fan, the ceiling had to be raised and raised it was! We could have created another tray ceiling, but that would have been too ordinary. Snuggled within a dodecagon (12-sided polygon) the ceiling fan provides a cool breeze throughout the room.

Relaxing Inn Kinzua provides our select guests unmatched lodging that can easily sleep six people with plenty of eye candy, comfort and conveniences.

Golfing: Blueberry Golf Course, Cable Hollow Golf Course & Jackson Vally Golf Course are very close with Blueberry only 2 miles away.

Boating/Fishing: The Allegheny Reservoir is 2 miles away. The Allegheny Reservoir offers 91 miles of undeveloped shoreline. Webb’s Ferry boat launch is 2 miles away & the Onoville Marina is just 7 miles offering pontoon boat rentals.

The Allegheny National Forest is right outside your door. Visit Kinzua Dam, Jake’s & Rim Rock for some nice hiking a beautiful views of the forest.

A must see! The historic Kinzua Bridge/Kinzua Skywalk. This historic engineering marvel was once the 8th wonder of the world.

Wine Tasting Tours is a short drive through some beautiful country.

The Seneca Nation Casino is just a 30 minute ride away.
