「Super endroit pour explorer Russell et la Bay of islands. Les proprios, Dave et Anita sont super sympas, et nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous. On a pu profiter du spa, des kayaks, et prendre des fines herbes dans leur jardin. La meilleure partie? On entendait les kiwis le soir en se couchant.」

「Great location, lovely host. We had a problem with water - it appears there was a fix needed with the tank so seems like a one-off. We had breakfast included with our meal but it was too basic and could be better.」

「We stayed for a couple of nights at Russell Motel. The accommodation was small but very cutely furnished with comfy beds and everything else that we needed. The hosts were so friendly and kind. Didnt feel like i met them for the first time. There is a small pool that is realh cute and the girls had a dip, although it was a cold day. The location is very close to everything you need. Would love to go there again considering that my fur baby was also welcome and they kindly offered to sit her...

「The Matauwhi Bay Manor was the most magnificent vacation holiday place we have ever stayed in.The ground was stunning with gardens, trees, and “bush” surrounding this large Manor House. The views in three directions where of the beautiful Matauwhi Bay with picturesque boats anchored all the way around. The interior of the manor felt like we were staying in Downton Abbey. Our hosts Bruce and Diana were just as friendly and as accommodating as could be. Our freshly cooked breakfasts were a delight...
