Don't use this motel if you can't get there early. The office closes and you can't get your room.

The property is beautiful. The cabin is very spacious. We enjoyed the large living area, the spacious kitchen area and all the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a large front porch, an upstairs screened porch area, and a fire pit area to hang out. I will definitely visit this location again and I recommend 10/10.

Tucked back in the Arkansas rolling hills… is an awesome little B&B. Had never been to a B&B before but thought we’d break our trip up and it was well worth it. Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. If you are traveling to Hot Springs you should highly consider taking a step outside of town… I know I’ll well be back!
