"Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. "A superb stay with amazing views, comfortable cottage with aircon/heating, clean and tidy tbroughout. And, to cap it all, our hosts went above and beyond when we had car trouble, lending us their ute to go get a new battery."

"The property was lovely, very private and clean with lots of unexpected bonuses such as a television with Netflix, food in the fridge, games, books, and shampoo and conditioner to use. The host was exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, giving us recommendations for local sightseeing. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Waikato region!!"
