Middle Rhine stay

Overall a great property with the absolute best central location. The apartment was spotless and well appointed with a very usable kitchen, spacious living area, laundry and a very good size bedroom (we only used one). There are heaters in each room if you need them & plenty of towels in the bathroom. The living and bedroom are upstairs from the bathroom & kitchen so may not be the best place if you have mobility issues. Telephone communication was fine - I was a little concerned that my Stayz messages were not answered (we were arriving the morning following our 1st night booking) but it all worked without issue. Around the corner to all the Rudesheim sites & Restaurants and an easy walk to the train station, KD cruises and local food market.

Disappointing stay

While the house was lovely, the host failed to show us all amenities and misrepresented features like the non-functional fireplace. When we brought this to their attention, they became defensive and refused to provide a refund or update the listing. Vrbo stepped in, offering a hotel stay and attempting to resolve the issue, but the host refused. Ultimately, Vrbo removed the listing. Be cautious when booking; ensure accuracy and responsive host.

Tadellos aber nicht nochmal

Das war bestimmt das schönste und sauberste Ferienhaus das wir jemals hatten, aber auch das unpraktischste. Küche und Bad unten. Das muss man mögen wenn man nachts nochmal zur Toilette muss. Getränk vergessen? Treppe runter, Treppe rauf. Frühstück zubereiten und mit Tablett rauf runter rauf .... Vermieter sind Profis, hier ist alles beschriftet und akkurat vorhanden. Die Küche schien nigel-nagel neu. Ideal für Paare ohne Kinder und ohne Hund.

Im Herzen Rüdesheims

Super gute Lage, direkt im Herzen der Altstadt. Sauber, ordentlich. Schöne Einrichtung, bequemes Boxspringbett.

Kurzurlaub am Rhein

Freundlich eingerichtet Wohnung. Für zwei Erwachsene super, man muss viel Treppen steigen, da Küche und Bad im Erdgeschoss sind.

Nice house, however not suited for five occupants

Very nicely decorated and equipped house, excellent quiet location (apart from the church tower waking you every morning at seven o clock). However, lay-out is awkward, with the kitchen on the ground floor, and dining room on the first floor, and only enough kitchen space for one person/chair. Top bed room is not really suitable for children without a stair gate. This room could also use a fan or ventilator, being right under the roof. Outside space is a bit of a misnomer, as it is covered and the only view you have is the owner’s conservatory 50 cms away. This does not mean that we didn’t enjoy our stay, as for the two of us it suited very well. The parking card was really appreciated.

Urlaub am Vater Rhein

Das Objekt ist gut, sehr zentral, in der Nähe steht eine Kirche und die Uhr beginnt um 7.00 Uhr mit läuten jede viertel Stunde, im Urlaub zu früh. Die Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Hof ist ungenügend, max. kurz für eine Zigarette im Freien, gemütlich sitzen und ein Glas Wein genießen, unmöglich.

Nicht 4 Sterne Würdig

Die Matratze im Bett ist ausgelegen, das Badezimmer ist ohne Fenster und deshalb sehr muffig im Geruch. Die beschriebene Aussenterasse ist nicht vorhanden. Fazit: Für uns kommt diese Wohnung nicht mehr in Frage.
