Top Royalston Common Historic District Hotel Reviews
The Burrell House
8/10 Good
"The room was very clean, parking was easy, close to downtown with plenty to do. The building was very charming. Only negative in my room was the bed was a metal framed bed that was SPECTACULARLY loud. Any minor movement would make it creak and groan loudly which led to a pretty miserable night's sleep. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if they changed the bed frame."
"The room is nice. Size bathroom is clean. I did have problem with lotion dispenser, not working or not being filled. The property may need to increase spots for handicap people."
"The property was ok. It was an older property and I get that. The property owners were polite and nice. It needs a clean up and refurbished. My room was missing two florescent light bulbs in the bathroom. There was only one dull bulbs in the bathroom. I had to soap up and shave in the mirror in the light of the window. Let’s give them a chance to improve. The property was very close to a grocery store and that was a plus."
"Over priced for the accommodation
We stayed there because of a wedding, the ballroom next to us was so loud and noisy that we couldn’t hear the ceremony
That was really annoying "
"The property was surrounded beautifully by trees with pleasant sitting areas in the inner courtyard. A cozy relaxed environment.
The weekend breakfast was satisfactory with enough choices
Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Eager to please"
"Our room was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff were pleasant and responsive. If you’re looking for an overnight stay like us, this is the spot for you."
