"What a lovely place. Trish was fantastic and accommodating of my unique schedule. She also made me gluten free French Toast which was fantastic. I would love to stay there again."
"The trailer we had seemed brand new, well equipped and everything in great shape, very clean. Check in was easy, love the location right between Niagara Falls and NOTL but out of town so quiet and no hustle and bustle. We loved we could sit outside on the deck, bbq and have a bonfire at night, all outdoor seating was provided and in great shape as well. Beds were a little hard for us, but to be expected in new trailer. Will stay here again and have already recommended to family."

"Liked the old wood beams & flooring. Friendly staff. Stayed in the Captain’s Room which we knew is above the bar and could be noisy. We slept okay with the A/C white noise & ear plugs. But we’re surprised how loud the bar was even on a night without a band playing. Bathroom seemed newly renovated. Bed was comfortable. Food in the old English style pub on the main floor was delicious (fish & chips and a seafood pie). We ate out in the patio area. Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and a 10 min. walk to Shaw Festival venues. Would recommend this hotel, just maybe not the Captain’s room if you’re a light sleeper. "
"Very pleasant stay, felt like home. Staff was friendly, coffee and tea was available at all times. We had a wonderful breakfast, French toast and eggs benedict, then had a lovely stroll by the lake. Town was short walk and was picturesque and businesses friendly. First stay at Niagara on the Lake and hoping to visit again. "
"My wife and I travel extensively. We are in our late 60s. We have experienced probably 75-100 hotel rooms, cruise cabins, cottages in our travels. The Scotsman Hotel in Niagara on the Lake, was truly our favorite experience. We were greeted by the managers, and they also took time to see us away when our time was over. Our room, public rooms and staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly. The room appointments top!! If you are thinking of visiting this unique, beautiful Ontario town, treat yourself the a great hotel experience and stay at the Scotsman. Dianna and Chris will give you a truly wonderful, magical experience it is well worth it!"
