ホテルの情報として出る場所は、キーのピックアップ場所付近で、ホテルの場所ではありません。 ホテル自体はホテルサンタクロースから歩いて3分程度でモイモイ号のツアーに参加しやすかったです。 またラップランドサファリというツアー会社やスーパー、お土産店も近いので滞在しやすいと思います。 部屋は北欧らしさあふれるシンプルで素敵な内装でした。水圧、ドライヤーの風圧、電波環境問題ありません。 問い合わせのメールを送ったところ、丁寧な返事が来て優しい印象を受けました。すべて英語でのやりとりになりますが、問題ありません。ありがとうございました！ 次回も泊まりたいです。

Had a very enjoyable stay. Booked a trip to Rovaniemi last minute and was happy with the ease of booking and accessing the clean, modern and spacious apartment. Rovaniemi is a very walkable city and this location was close to everything (food, shopping, waterfront, etc.).

로바니에미에서 하루 있었고 이 숙소를 이용했습니다. 매우 청결하고 깨끗하며 깔끔합니다. Living like a local 이라는 컨셉의 인테리어를 지향한다고 하는데, 가보시면 '이게 북유럽 겜성이구나' 느끼실 수 있습니다. 다만 무인 숙소이며, 체크인&체크아웃을 할 때 문자로만 소통이 이루어지는데, 숙소에서 모든 내용을 전달해주지만, 물어보고 싶은 내용을 전달해도 답장은 오지 않았습니다. 알아서 다 해결했지만, 이 점은 아쉽습니다.

This apartment is simply superb. Recently built, clean and modern. A very contemporary, well appointed open plan kitchen/living room with north facing windows and wrap round balcony, perfect for seeing the Northern Lights, if they are not clouded over. Unfortunately the clouds prevented us from seeing them on our trip. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathroom with walk-in shower plus a sauna was great. Hair dryer, iron and ironing table available too. Rovaniemi is a small city so it’s easy to walk around. Many coffee shops, restaurants and bars are easily reachable. The worst thing about this trip (apart from having to go home) was avoiding dog mess on the pavements.

Kerrassaan tyylikäs ja upea tämä pikkuyksiö, missä yövyin. Olisi voinut pidempäänkin viihtyä. Valitsen jatkossa tällaisen perinteisen hotellin sijaan.

Lovely apartment
We stayed in the penthouse and it was lovely. Very spacious and clean. Comfy beds and all the things you need in the kitchen. The location was great, very central to shops, restaurants and activities.

Super great location in Rovaniemi, and what a lovely apartment. We had a small studio, but it was lovely. Big windows and they had put up a Christmas tree prior to our arrival. That was a really nice touch! Don't expect too much on the amenity side of the house, as it came with some coffee pods and coffee, soap in the shower, and not much else. The apartment was really well equipped however, so we could have done laundry if we wished. The kitchen was small but super functional, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved our stay!

Huoneisto itsessään todella viihtyisä ja siisti. Autotallista huoneistoon meinasi olla hankaluuksia löytää ilman ohjeita/opasteita. Hissi oli täynnä hiekkaa ja heinää, siitä miinus. Hyvä sijainti ja meidän tarpeisiin sopiva huoneisto tarpeineen. Hinta hieman liikaa parkkimaksun kanssa.

Sänky oli erityisen mukava ja lakanat laadukkaat Familon percalet.

Huoneisto sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla. Sisäänkäynnin löytäminen oli vähän hankalaa, mutta onnistui kuitenkin. Kaikki huoneistossa oli siistiä, uutta ja puhdasta. Majoittajan/yrityksen kanssa yhteydenpito sujui hienosti ja sain tarvittavat neuvot. Kiitos viikonlopun edulllisesta ja hyvästä majapaikasta!

Majoituspaikan sijainti aivan Rovaniemen keskustan läheisyydessä rauhallisen kadun varrella. Täydellinen upouusi parvekkeellinen yksiö, oli kuin koti. Bussi 8 kulki viereisellä kadulla, jolla pääsimme kätevästi vierailulle Santa Parkiin. Upeat astiat toivat juhlavan tunnelman ateriointiin. Kaikki muukin kuten kodinkoneet ja kalusteet olivat uutta ja tyylikästä.Tämän jälkeen emme enää valitse tavallista hotellihuonetta. Huoneessa voisi olla infoesite, jossa olisi tietoa esim. bussin vuorokausilipusta sekä aikataulut bussilinjoista ja mistä sen voi ostaa.

Leiligheten var helt topp, fin beliggenhet nær sentrum. Men den lå klint inntil 4 felts vei med 2 lyskryss på begge sider så det var mye trafikk støy natt og dag. Så vi dro hjem 1dag før tida. Som vanlig kun finsk TV.

The room is in a block of flat and we get the flat number but the numbers simply follow so you do not know on which floor you are have to look at all the doors to find your floor and flat. Siisti, viihtyisä, hinta-laatusuhteen kohdallaan, sänky erittäin mukava. Kodinkoneet uusia ja erinäisiä mitä tottunut käyttämään, minkä vuoksi käyttökohteet olisi ollut hyvä olla. Sijainti hyvä. Olisi hyvä mainita käyntiosoite, sillä käynti olikin valtakatu 35 takakautta.
