「Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived and parked, we felt relaxed and stress-free. There are no minuses at Le Couvent des Minimes, only plusses. 「古城ホテルという感じではないのですが、とても素晴らしいホテルです。歴史を残しながらも快適に改装され、窓からの眺めは本当にきれいでした。朝食は12ユーロのフルブレックファストがおすすめです。生ハム、チーズ、卵料理、クロワッサンなどとても美味しく、すばらしい眺めも相まって最高の朝食になりました。町は小さいですがどこから眺めても美しく、歩いているだけで満足でした。ヨーロッパの美しい小さな町が好きな人にはぜひおすすめのホテルです。カンヌからグラースか、ヴァルボンヌで乗り継いでバスで行けます。（けっこうむずかしく、グラースからはタクシーを使い30ユーロでした。帰りはバス停がすぐみつかりました）」

「Les deux restaurants imposent deux menus, le choix est très réduit et le prix est trop élevé par rapport aux choix et à la qualité. Le service est correcte sans plus.On s'attend à mieux dans un château 4 étoiles.」
