Welcome to the Gîte de la Liberté, a true Alsatian haven!
This traditional yet modern 3-star guesthouse, located on the Wine Route between Colmar and Mulhouse, allows you to easily explore all of Alsace while enjoying a typical Alsatian village.
We offer a charming 65 m² house in a quiet location in the historic town center of Rouffach, a medieval town known as the “village of storks.” This is your chance to stay in the heart of the Alsatian wine region, in a pleasant and vibrant town with many tourist attractions.
A 5-minute walk away: bakery, restaurants (takeout available), mini-market, open-air market on Wednesdays and Saturdays featuring local products, pharmacy, winemaker’s cellars, tourist office...
The house, ideal for 2 people, can accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed (real mattress), and features:
- a functional open kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, kettle, crepe maker, raclette grill, toaster...)
- a living room with a dining area (books, games, tourist brochures, etc.)
- a spacious bedroom with a double bed: bed made upon your arrival
- a bathroom: towels provided (hair dryer)
- a laundry room with a washing machine and necessary equipment (iron, etc.)
- a terrace with patio furniture for dining outdoors
- Secure storage for bicycles
- Skittles and pétanque balls available (pétanque court 10 minutes away on foot)
- Free parking in front of the house
- Bus stop and TER train station within a 20-minute walk—ideal for exploring Strasbourg!
